I can only assume this dental practice has an incompetent admin team. I've been repeatedly receiving patient appointment confirmation emails for an ENTIRE family despite me replying to every email to let them know that they have the wrong email address. I don't even live in the UK! How hard is it to pick up the phone, call your patient and ask for an updated email address? If you can't trust these people to do basic admin tasks, I sure as heck wouldn't trust them with my teeth update Aug 2025: still continue to get these rem... read more
