We loved the location, very clean and the store downstairs!
I stayed in unit 2 of the parkers collection. I called and let the representatives know that me and my family would be late. Check in is at 4. We arrived after 5 and the room was nasty. Housekeeping (if that's what u wanna call it) had not cleaned the room. The second day we were there and Needed towels. It was a problem. We was told to keep using the dirty towels that we had.
