The staff are one of the best you will ever meet. Dr. Parker has been my Dermatologist for over 20 years and she is a treasure.
I was nervous but the staff was very nice and put me at ease.
I found Ms. Baker to be impersonal and dismissive. My body check was very quick, she talked about sun protection and barely addressed the chronic skin condition for which I’m seeking help, saying I had too much damage to treat. There was no opportunity to discuss my skin care goals or potential treatments. I felt like I was being rushed out, even though there was no one waiting when I arrived or when I left.
