Where to begin. Poor maintenance. Poor water quality and pressure. Poor inadequate cooling system. Poor plumbing. Ridiculous water/sewage bills ie $600 to $700 / month. It's split between the whole community. Not just your usage. Trash service is $150 or better. Nothing is consistent. With this, several things keep falling through the cracks requiring paying residents to do the legwork to find resolution. We had several work orders closed prior to completion, requiring ongoing saga of starting over. Additionally, many WO’s that were promised to be entered and followed up on, that would continue for weeks or even months leaving us wondering if they forgot about us, which wound up being the case time and time again.... read more

Living in this complex has been a highly disappointing experience, with the negatives far outweighing any positives. Be prepared for your rent to skyrocket by hundreds of dollars each month due to shared utility costs for water, sewer, and trash—even if you barely use your utilities. The location is noisy and feels unsafe, and if you don't want to shell out nearly $200 for an extra parking spot, you'll be stuck parking on a crowded, crime-ridden street, often far from your unit. The walls in the townhomes are paper-thin, mak... read more
