The staff turnover is constant, and also seemingly understaffed to accommodate the workload. With this, several things keep falling through the cracks requiring paying residents to do the legwork to find resolution. We had several work orders closed prior to completion, requiring ongoing saga of starting over. Additionally, many WO’s that were promised to be entered and followed up on, that would continue for weeks or even months leaving us wondering if they forgot about us, which wound up being the case time and time again.... read more

Be prepared for your rent to skyrocket by hundreds of dollars each month due to shared utility costs for water, sewer, and trash—even if you barely use your utilities.
