I lived at the Parker for about a year and a half and loved my experience here. Courtney and the rest of the office staff were always professional and communicative. The property is well-maintained and all the common spaces including the gym were kept very clean. Bill the maintenance guy is a super star. He kept the pool sparkling clean year-round and any maintenance issues I had were always fixed within 24 hours. I would definitely consider living at the Parker again! Beautiful place all around! Very pleasant staff and friendly residents. It has a fitness center, dog park, huge pool and just minutes walk downtown and The Pearl. The new renovations add that next level of class you’re looking for.
