I’ve lived here for a little over a year and a half, and these apartments have definitely gotten better in that amount of time. When I moved in, property management was sort of helpful but slow to respond, then the next property manager was just unresponsive and didn’t really help with anything. We recently got a new property manager named Laura and she’s been great at actually trying to connect with the residents and get things fixed. The apartment was alright and the residents were nice. Renting a 1 bed 1 bath apartment, I went from paying $1,600 monthly to almost $1,900 without ANY notice. No email. No lease update. No phone call. I asked about renting a storage unit in one of the buildings, and never got a response. There was mold under the sink when I moved in, the front door had been kicked in at some point, and the trim was never replaced, electric was updated and my personal items were broken as well as light switch covers that were never replaced.... read more
Just moved in here. Place has been really nice. Laura the Property manager is great! Kind and very considerate of the property and the needs of their tenants. I would highly recommend this place. Love the location and how quickly the manager takes care of issues that come up!
When I moved in this was a lovely apartment complex. My apartment was sunny, roomy and bright. I really enjoyed my space! Not fancy but very well run and immaculate. In 3 years we went through three owners. Half the time we never even had a manager after the first owner sold. The property management was terrible, the property became dirty, they ripped out all the flowers and painted and tore off all the perfectly nice (some even new)screen doors during the second owners tenure. Stevie is an excellent leasing agent The complex is small and the communuty has a small town feeling. Rent is reasonable, neighborhood safe, units quiet.
