We’ve lived in a few different Portland buildings, and The Parker is by far our favorite. The staff is friendly and helpful, and Carrie at the front office is the nicest and most attentive person we’ve ever worked with. Maintenance requests are always handled quickly. Couldn’t recommend this place more!
My partner and I have been here for about a month, and our experience has been fantastic! The floor plans are very open and spacious, and the price was very reasonable for the area. The current leasing office staff are very personable and attentive, and they care a lot about the residents and the building.
We've been living at The Parker for nearly six years and we love it! Clean, well-appointed decor and a beautiful, serene rose garden with trees, fireplaces, and barbeques. The apartment is spacious, yet cozy and feels like home. Best of all is the incredible team here at The Parker - Jay and Carrie manage to go above and beyond in making residents feel heard and appreciated.
