5 stars for the amazing maintenance team.
I love living in these apartments. The staff here is amazing! From the management Like Carey who is a gem! She's always so sweet and helps out in anyway possible, while also planning excellent community events and good trucks for the residence. Or the maintenance workers who are also fabulous! Michael was especially amazing as we accidentally got locked out of our apartment on a Friday night and he came and let us in and I'm forever grateful for that! I moved in the beginning of January and management has been so helpful and friendly, specially Carry , she is the best. She is always going the extra mile to make sure that everything is ok. Also maintenance responded so quick on my request to fix an issue the dishwasher. Over all I’m super happy that I moved to this building.
UPDATE: There has been a management change at the building and Carrie is excellent–communication has improved, and I would now highly recommend this building. I'm leaving my previous 1 star review below for transparency. This is a nice building in a great location, but for the last 8 months the new management has been dismissive and poor at addressing concerns, among the other problems outlined below. 1.
