I have lived in this apartment complex for almost a year and I have been super happy. Carrie and the team are rock stars. Any time I had any questions requests they would respond immediately. Since I own an electric car, they were very quick to fix the charging issue within a day. On top of that when I came into the complex, she made sure that I can get the EV charging spot. Had an amazing stay while living in Portland. Carrie has been helpful with everything we needed. If I ever come back to Portland, definitely will stay here again! I would wholeheartedly recommend this place!
I’ve lived in apartments in multiple states over the years and this place is the worst by a large margin. Let’s start with the apartment itself. On move in date, I noticed that none of the sinks had been properly caulked. This took multiple to address, leading to leaks and forcing us to hold the faucets down in order to turn on the water.
