I have never seen such a great , friendly staff. The building as you walk in smelled and looked so clean . I would call it a safe bet to lease an apartment at The Parker.
Kenny was so helpful throughout my whole search. He was quick with responses, answered all my questions thoroughly and was honest throughout the entire process. I was lucky to have Kenny assisting me in my search!
Love this building! It’s on the quieter side of the Pearl & feels a bit safer than other parts of the Pearl. My gf and I moved in last year & we love the neighbors, some are really nice & most stay to themselves. It’s rarely any noise in the building, it’s fairly close to the waterfront & dog park in the area. The leasing team was incredibly helpful. Carrie is amazing, timely and genuinely a sweet person.
