I’ve had such a positive experience at The Parker PDX, and a huge part of that comes down to the people who work here. The maintenance team, Paul and Mykel, are fantastic. They’re friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Whenever something comes up, they make you feel like your concern actually matters, and they do a great job of keeping the building taken care of. Our unit was updated and is in the perfect area of the Pearl District where highway, pedestrian, and local vehicular noise is minimal. The unit itself is large and the hardwood floors are awesome! On-site parking is convenient and plentiful and the area has tons of restaurants, bars, and shops. There’s also a large dog park a block away and just a real gem in the Pearl. All the staff were and continue to be awesome, helpful, and friendly. We found home!
I love living here! Kenny and Carrie are fantastic/accommodating apartment managers, the building events are fun, the neighbors are friendly, and the space is clean, modern, and cute!
Kenny was an incredible guide throughout my property tour! He really took his time to explain all of what The Parker had to offer, was patient with all questions I had, and also showed me several options within my price range. This complex was also in a really great area near the water - very quiet for those who like to be a bit outside of the direct downtown area
I decided to move into the Parker based on a referral made to me by my best friend who had already been living here for a couple years. What really stood out to me was how friendly the staff is here -- I was already living in a different property across the street, and was visiting said friend when one day we randomly ran into Carrie, the property manager.
