I am very happy to be here. My fiancé and I have had such a easy process moving from out of state with Carrie's help! She has helped make the process so stress free and helped us get exactly what we wanted. Paul has been a blessing to have on premises, as he responds to maintenence requests in an efficient and friendly manner. He goes above and beyond to make sure you feel comfortable in your home. The team that works here is the best I have ever seen at an apartment complex, it certainly adds to the feeling of luxury.
Has been a wonderful moving in experience especially moving from out of state for my fiancé and I! Carrie has been amazing. She goes above and beyond and is helpful, knowledgable, and communicative! Paul has been incredibly helpful getting our space ready and responds to maintenance requests in a timely manner! So far am loving living here.
One month living here and it feels like home. The property Managers and staff are so accommodating and they genuinely are happy to see me. I would recommend the Parker for anyone who likes NW PDX and being treated like you matter!
I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the move-out process at The Parker, as well as the ongoing issues I have encountered in attempting to resolve inaccurate charges on my final statement. From the beginning, the move-out process was unnecessarily difficult. The most response I received was from the AI automated email Bailey. This has been a great place to live for almost 2 years for me now. Special shout out to Carrie - genuinely one of the kindest and most helpful leasing agents I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. She helped me move from overseas to Portland - made the entire process seamless and stress free. Great maintenance staff as well - they’re very on top of things
