This building is incredible! The amenities are well maintained and beyond expectation for most buildings. The roof deck especially is a unique feature that is perfect for outdoor time. The staff are what truly make this building stand out. They are kind, welcoming, and extremely willing to help, and go above and beyond for residents. The location is perfect for downtown Boston and make transportation extremely accessible. I recommend the Parker to anyone looking!
