Nice complex and better management
Currently six months into my lease. Great community and management! Quality amenities that are well maintained. Great location, especially if you work in town.
Me and my husband have been living at The Parker for 3.5 years. We love it here! The amenities are great and the events the management hosts are so fun! The management team is so friendly and helpful. Highly recommend for clean, safe, and luxury apartments.
I have lived here for a year and have loved living here. Everything is so clean and Rachel and the staff have been so accommodating. The amenities are clean, the garage always has parking, visitor parking is really easy and it is a very secure place to live in. You can’t beat the location being in the heart of Houston and being super close to Memorial Park. I would recommend living in this place to all my family and friends!!
Living at The Parker is one of the best decisions we made. The staff is very nice and pleasant, from Brie Ann to Jose, Luis, Maria to everyone else working at the building. Thanks for been so nice to your tenants and our furry friends. Best place to live with your dog, near the park.
