I toured The Parker while searching for my next apartment and had a really positive experience. The building is beautiful and very well maintained, and the leasing team was welcoming and helpful throughout the tour. Spencer was such a gem. He was kind and thorough when showing me the complex. The unit I saw had a very spacious layout and felt larger than many apartments I’ve toured at a similar price point.
