My wife and I have loved living at the Parker for the past 5 years. We have felt safe and really enjoyed the pool and other amenities. Very convenient location. Would highly recommend living here. We left only because we bought a house nearby.
I had an excellent experience touring the property with Spencer. He was very knowledgeable, answered all of my questions, and showed me several units. On top of that, he was professional and made the entire leasing experience smooth and enjoyable. This location is truly a hidden gem, and I highly recommend asking for Spencer if you want a great leasing experience.
I have absolutely loved living at The Parker the past two years. I relied heavily on google reviews to find a good place to live, and thank goodness they were accurate! It is a quiet, clean place to live with up to date amenities. The location is safe and I felt comfortable walking my dog around the neighborhood. I would like to give Spencer at the Parker a huge shout out for taking me on a tour, not once but twice to show me every available unit and every feature of this complex. The Second time I was there I wanted to see what the view from a unit would look like, but was not able to because it was still being leased and so he walked with me outside in the pouring rain to help me get a good visualization of where the unit is and what the view would be like. I recently moved in to The Parker and have been so impressed with the community so far. The property itself is extremely clean, quiet and very well maintained - you can tell a lot of care goes into keeping everything in great condition. The Leasing Office Staff, especially Odilia were amazing throughout the entire leasing process and made my move-in feel smooth and welcoming (even with minor touches like leaving treats for my cat!).
