This is a long overdue review. I rented an apartment at The Parker for two years and recently moved out. It’s by far the best apartment complex I have lived in - clean, safe, respectful neighbors, friendly front desk & staff. Any issues I had, management was quick to address and fix in a timely manner. We loved living at The Parker for over 2 years! The management is the best we have experienced after living at many apartment complexes over the years. Their maintenance team is quick to fix any issues that may arise and the management team is always willing to help. The complex is well maintained, the apartment units are beautiful and in a safe and great location! Highly recommend for close access to downtown and the heights and all that Houston has to offer!
