I really enjoy living in lakeside gardens,it’s quiet,family friendly,close to everything you could possibly need. I love the natural landscape and strolling around the lake. I just renewed my lease for another year. I’ve lived in a lot of apartment communities and the office staff and maintenance staff are amazing and are always there to assist me when needed. I would highly recommend living here and Janna in the office is amazing and very helpful throughout the leasing process and anything you might need afterwards.
My husband and I moved in to our apartment here in September 2025 and we enjoy living here. The leasing office was great in answering our questions prior to move in and accommodating our need for a downstairs apartment due to my husband's challenges he experiences with stairs. We sometimes hear noise from the neighboring apartments but its not anything disruptive and is to be expected when living in an apartment where you share walls with other residents. The value of the apartment reflects its price; however, it features outdated appliances. My refrigerator has two broken handles, and the freezer lacks racks, which cannot be ordered due to its age. The countertops are so worn that the wood underneath is deteriorating. The flooring is quite thin, causing noticeable vibrations whenever I walk. I lived here for one year. Disgusting apartment, Rotten sink due to “humidity” according to management. No caulk around spout seals in bathtub, and none around the edge of the sink, which is something I've never seen before. No matter how many times you change the air filter, the air will feel heavy due to the amount of dust coming out of the pre historic air conditioning unit. If you have toddlers, it is advisable not to choose an apartment on the second floor. This is particularly important if your neighbors are sensitive to noise, as the leasing office may frequently deliver noise complaint notices without first investigating the situation.
