The value of the apartment reflects its price; however, it features outdated appliances. My refrigerator has two broken handles, and the freezer lacks racks, which cannot be ordered due to its age. I lived here for one year. Disgusting apartment, Rotten sink due to “humidity” according to management. No caulk around spout seals in bathtub, and none around the edge of the sink, which is something I've never seen before. If you have toddlers, it is advisable not to choose an apartment on the second floor. This is particularly important if your neighbors are sensitive to noise, as the leasing office may frequently deliver noise complaint notices without first investigating the situation. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! I lived here for 3 years. Prior to the name change and change of management. I lived there with relatively few problems. When the new company came, they were slow to fix problems. The roof had been leaking, they fixed the roof but never came to fix the ceiling. My microwave broke and they gave me another broken microwave.
