Stay here if you hate sleeping. Room is small, bathroom smells funky. I was told my room was far from the elevator but I was placed attached to it. Walls are paper thin so you hear the elevator, people roaming the halls, there’s some kind of bar or club outside playing stupid loud music until late. It’s located in a decent spot but it’s dirty immediately when you exit. The staff are mostly friendly and welcoming.

The hotel location is great. I upgraded my room to a king room with walk in shower and it was fairly spacious for a NY hotel. However, my room was right outside the elevator and the walls were paper thin. I could hear EVERYTHING at night. From the elevator bell, other guests coming and going, and housekeeping vacuuming. Safe to say I didn’t get much sleep. I’m not sure if other guests had similar complaints or if it was my room specifically. I stayed here for a business trip and had an excellent visit. The accommodations and service were excellent. I especially enjoyed being greeted by Chuck Norris, the Door Ambassador, each day when I left and returned to the hotel. Likewise, Quiara provied excellent service for breakfast in the morning.

I stayed at the Park South Monday through Thursday, and every morning I was lucky enough to have Quiara S. as my breakfast waitress. She was absolutely wonderful—so kind, warm, and attentive. Her smile and genuine care made each morning feel special. Excellent customer service can really shape an experience, and Quiara truly made mine outstanding. Thank you for starting my days off in such a positive way!
