The staff was super friendly and they provide free water bottles (a lot of NYC places don't). Nice, clean hotel. My only criticism is to swap away from fabuloso. While everything was meticulously clean, it leaves a lingering, noxious scent (to me, maybe some people like it).
I didn't give a 5 star rating due to the dated decor in the room. Air conditioning unit in the room was very noisy, and the mini fridge was rusty. House keep provide us with clean bed linen and clean towels everyday but the floor was never swept in the 10 days we were there. I had to do it myself. We were out and about from 8am most days till late everyday so i didn't complain to reception as we only needed a place to sleep.
