If i could count the issues with the complex id write a book on why not to live here. But heres a list just from the past six months, raised rent over $100 for a 1x1, foundation, theft, vandalism, left over needles littered around trees and dumpsters... wonder what those are from? Mold that all they did was paint over, cant get out of my apartment without going through mud, gives the job to the lowest bidders that do terrible job and wont fix what the contractor's break.

The only positive about this complex is that it is located right behind the Jack Carter Dog Park. If it wasn’t so conveniently located and our dog didn’t require an immense about of exercise every day, we would have broken our lease within a month of moving in. For starters, we were leased an apartment in a building with KNOWN foundation issues bad enough to include: our fireplace separating from the wall, which could have fallen at any moment, a 2 inch wide crack from floor ... Before a few weeks ago I would have said I liked living here a lot. We even renewed our lease however right after that our experience here has started to decline. The first issue we came across was that everyone was emailed a few months ago about cleaning up after pets and fines that would happen if you did not. We have always cleaned up after our dog.
