I am not a person who reviews places often, but this hotel is such a gem that I wanted to make sure the world knows (even if it makes it harder for me to get a reservation). The rooms are meticulous, quiet, large, and stunningly clean. They smell amazing, the artwork is delightful, the breakfast is so hospitable, the owners are a delight, the location is great, and no one nickel and dimes you for parking. Amazing- the best place we have ever stayed with our dog. More like a suite than a room - sitting room, bathroom, bedroom and a small private porch. Very welcoming. The staff was friendly and more accommodating than most “pet friendly“ places. A very well maintained property. They are close to stores and restaurants on Main Street. Garage and street parking are available. The continental breakfast was sufficient, but not exciting. Highly recommend this place for a stay in Highlands.
Wonderful ! Loved our stay at this VERY pet welcoming inn. Beautifully decorated, a staff that clearly likes each other and their jobs, and loves dogs. Our room was super clean and the location is right on the downtown edge- so walkable. We (and our pup) had a very relaxing stay and enjoyed seeing all the very well behaved pups staying there at the same time. We hope to come again.
