This is the Ritz Carlton for dogs - and for people too!! The rooms are spacious, clean and so comfortable. The location couldn't be better ... walkable to everything and easy parking. This is the BEST place to stay in Highlands.
We loved our stay at The Park on Main. The king suite was very large and included a separate living area. The location can’t be beat if you want easy access to restaurants and coffee shops in town. Only a short drive to some great hiking. The hotel is certainly dog friendly and even dog themed. We’ve stayed here a few times and, unfortunately, the cleanliness of the rooms and common spaces has deteriorated. We visited Highlands for a special birthday trip and brought our dog, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful hotel! The staff truly goes above and beyond to make your visit memorable. Christy was so helpful leading up to our arrival, and upon check-in she surprised us with a happy birthday banner in the room- such a thoughtful touch! The reviews are true,we received great service & our room was very clean& very quiet.The only thing that was “not bad “but definitely needs to be replaced would be our mattress.( too firm)& my husband who prefers a good firm mattress because of back pain agreed.that’s it! Otherwise everything was fantastic. We highly recommend & appreciate this place & even with the too firm mattress I still give5*
