I have never seen seating that was so horrible. I had VIP seating so I was up front. But, I went to get my wife some drinks and walked to the back bar. There is no way anyone can see a stage 100+ feet away. I felt sorry for everyone in general seating. To top it off, the sound was not good and whomever was running the lighting did not do a good job either. I didn't like the venue as a whole. If I would've had general admission tickets, I would've been upset. The seating arrangements were terrible.
My very first time at this venue. The standing in line for a long time to stand in another line for a very long time. Then to only have another line formed while we stood there In the front all that time. People pushing to get through that one door so can be first in the general admission seating. Concert took forever to start. Sound system horrible. They didn't do 2 very well know artist Joe and Brian McKnight justice. The concert was boring. People left including myself. The set up was horrible and the audio was even worst. Not mention the event didn’t start on time. Definitely wouldn’t go to another concert here.
We had to wait at least to 815 to get in for a concert that was scheduled to start at 8 and the internet was down. So I couldn't buy any food!!!!! And the place looked like an airplane hangar like the comedian said.
I’m not one who’s prone to hyperbole, but last night’s concert experience was one of the worst I have ever experienced. From the long lines to enter the venue, to missing half of Joe’s set, because I stood in the food concession line for 35 minutes - there were only 2 cash registers open, my wife and I do not plan to attend any further shows at this venue. Great artists such as Joe & Brian McKinight deserve better, and paying customers deserve better.
