There were way too many folks in the venue. It took nearly an hour to get in the women's bathroom and there were no places to sit and eat. It was extremely hot in the bigger show rooms and baby strollers and rolling carts were utilized mercilessly by their owners. Parking was inadequate...no handicapped parking even before noon yet we did see good parking places when we walked in. Went to a press conference for Mayor Vi Lyles. Congrats!!!!
This is not a good venue for concerts. One level seating, which meant if someone stood up you couldn't see the stage. I would never go there again.
The line outside was ridiculous... Floor seating smh which does no good for short people such as myself... The lines excuse me line for concessions was horrible. I will not be visiting this venue again.. A two hour drive for what I called rookie set up was very disappointing!!! They need to apologize to the artists Brian mcknight and Joe... This setup was nothing but a downfall for them.. oh by the way, if you are going to have a comidian for the show make sure he or she is funny... #refundwouldbenice ...
I'll never attend a show there again. A conference perhaps, but not a show. The sound is terrible and I'm glad I didn't pay full price.
Attended the Brian McKnight/Joe concert. The sound was horrible. The venue was mediocre. Doors were supposed to open at 7pm. They didn’t open until after 8pm. I will not attend a concert there again.
