It’s been 2 months and I still think about how the 22 year old waiter Elijah called me a child for getting a Shirley Temple. I am almost 5 years sober. I’ve never felt so belittled by a total stranger right in front of all my friends. Maybe it was a joke, but we didn’t laugh. Shame on you Elijah.
Food was excellent, and the overall atmosphere has such a great, bright and airy vibe. The crab cake benedict is delicious but very rich. Good selection of cocktails and mocktails - the Fall Breeze (pomegranate, lemon, simple syrup and soda) was great. Service, however was very slow. Reservations recommended, as it isn't a big place and is very busy on weekends.
This was our second time eating at Park & Grove. We enjoyed everything we had, though we did feel it could have been a bit better overall. The cinnamon roll lacked in presentation, but it still tasted good. I loved the crab cake eggs Benedict, and the fried chicken biscuit was also good, especially if you’re a fan of fried chicken. Overall, the meal was good, just not quite as memorable as we’d hoped.
Kaitlyn our waitress was great! She needs a raise, very sweet and genuine which is hard to come by nowadays. The food and coffee were amazing. The outside seating is perfect for brunch. Would definitely recommend to others
