Good breakfast spot with a very nice ambiance. Food was good and the service was spot on.
I used to love Park Cafe, but sadly, it’s really gone downhill. I always ordered the Charleston Fog, but this time the marshmallow on top had hard sugar chunks in it—pretty gross. Our waitress was incredibly rude and barely checked on us. We ended up having to flag down another staff member just to get basic service. The food was equally disappointing. We stumbled upon Park & Grove after drooling over their brunch menu online, seriously, it looked like a Food Network daydream. But by the time my daughter got off work, it was 3PM, and apparently, that’s when the brunch dreams end and the “special menu” with just five items takes center stage. A little disappointing? Yeah.
