The apartment itself was bright and comfortable, with enough space to feel at home without being cramped. The kitchen had modern appliances and plenty of room to cook. The best part about living at Park Avenue House is the location- I can walk to my job in just 10 minutes. The apartment is comfortable, the kitchen is easy to cook in, and the neighborhood has everything I need close by. Overall, it’s been a really convenient and positive experience.

I loved waking up just a few blocks from my job. My room was tiny but had good light, and I made it feel like mine.

Super central! Being near everything was key for me. I had gigs in Midtown and Brooklyn, and the location saved me so much time. Building was well-kept, and I could actually get sleep between shows.
