Don’t move here. I’m a resident here and my car got towed 3 times since I move in here Jan. There is NO visitors parking so we are forced to pay for parking because there is barely no parking AT ALL. I hate it here. Ready to get out if my lease so I can move ASAP. Management NEVER on the property. Might as well hire me atleast I’ll be here. We have been here two years. The first year was HELL! with the management they had.. I’m very pleased since BELINDA stepped in! So far no one has had a care in the world about the living conditions they gave our unit in. The carpet was full of dog hair and bugs. A whole year waiting for that carpet to be removed! And of course Belinda helped with that. I hope she gets a RAISE because she really good with the management in this place. It’s a nice quiet place. Just needs a few improvements but overall nice. I’m writing this review because I have been out of ac for almost a month since 5/3/25 they come and tweak a few things and claim they fix it but doesn’t get fixed. My ac has been reading 75-85 degrees and it’s so hot!! I have kids!! This really sucks because I love living here and the manager has been nice so far but this has gone on for just too long already. I’ve tried emailing management and nobody reaches out and all the maintenance people say they do the best they can but are not experienced fully when it comes to worki... read more
