Signs in swimming area are a bit much and dog poop park lighting is over the top too bright at night. Maintenance has made it much better, and they are friendly and helpful. All in all it is a pretty nice complex and is close to many fun activities
The staff are super friendly, kind and helpful. Maintenance is on point- Allen is a rock star! He is personable, has a great attitude and explains what he's doing when making a maintenance repair. Keep up the great work!!!!
I have only been a resident at The Park at Waterford Habor for a few short months but my experience has been hands down second to none. The staff here, especially Olivia, have been so very kind and gracious...you just do not find that anywhere especially in the world we live in. I know exactly why I was led to make this place my home. It is quiet and peaceful. The residents are considerate. The best staff i've ever experienced.
I have to give a shoutout to Allen, the new person for our Maintenance/Security team. He was passing out the notice for the Office Ice Cream Bash next week. I was at work and got a notice from my Doorbell camera. When I looked at it I saw a guy, who I’ve never seen before, sitting on my park bench while Allen was putting the flyer on my door.
