My boyfriend and I loved living at this complex! It was our first apartment and will always hold such a memorable place in our hearts. I truly love the community and how friendly everyone is. If you have a friendly playful pup there is a community of dog owners that get together at the dog park occasionally and have puppy play dates! Charlene at the front office is amazing and goes above and beyond for you. Also the location is in a such a prime spot which we loved. love this place. My husband, my son, and my dog have lived here for three years. We enjoy the green areas, the tranquility, and how beautiful it is. The manager is a sweetheart, always attentive to our needs. The staff is very friendly. Thank you so much.
Wonderful experience the absolute best apartment complex I lived in! Charlene, Brianna, and Devorah are awesome! Their kindness and warmness brings a sense of community to the Park at Research Forest. They welcomed me and my two pups with open arms, and I created lifetime friendships with the residents at the complex. It is extremely dog friendly. I’ve lived here for over 5 years and it was not until October 2024 when I was lucky enough to get neighbors with bricks as heals on their feet. I’ve never had issues with neighbors that would adjust their walking if we had issues. However now the management can do nothing about these people. At times my windows rattle because the banging is so hard. I don’t complain about noise except when it’s after 10pm and for 8 months little or nothing has changed. This property is exceptionally well-maintained, and I can’t wait to move in! The office staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. Additionally, the property is pet-friendly, which is a huge plus for me. The pet park caught my eye immediately; it was meticulously manicured and clean. The location is also convenient, just a 15-minute drive from my work. This is truly a hidden gem!
