love this place. My husband, my son, and my dog have lived here for three years. We enjoy the green areas, the tranquility, and how beautiful it is. The manager is a sweetheart, always attentive to our needs. The staff is very friendly. Thank you so much.
My boyfriend and I loved living at this complex! It was our first apartment and will always hold such a memorable place in our hearts. I truly love the community and how friendly everyone is. If you have a friendly playful pup there is a community of dog owners that get together at the dog park occasionally and have puppy play dates! I moved here 4 years ago, having not lived in an apt. in over 40 years. Thought it would be a huge adjustment, but have felt at home since I moved here. Very friendly community. My favorite aspect is they have are very pet friendly. There is a great dog park and I’ve made friends through our pets. The leasing office has a great staff and works to keep the complex grounds well kept and pays attention to renters’ concerns. The maintenance staff is very responsive. I really appreciate the help I received from the apartment manager (Devorah). I had been mistakenly charged for insurance that I had already paid, and she stepped in right away to resolve the issue. She was professional, understanding, and made the process so much smoother than I expected. Thanks to her assistance, I was able to get my refund without all the stress that can come with these situations. It’s great to know management here truly looks out for residents and makes sure things are handled fairly
Wonderful experience the absolute best apartment complex I lived in! Charlene, Brianna, and Devorah are awesome! Their kindness and warmness brings a sense of community to the Park at Research Forest. They welcomed me and my two pups with open arms, and I created lifetime friendships with the residents at the complex. It is extremely dog friendly.
