DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!! I repeat DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!! I’ve only been living here for two months and it has been hell ever since! Been dealing with roaches since moving. Pest control has came twice but that does nothing. Attempted to do my own extermination but nothing works. Currently now I’m dealing with a serious fly problem. Decent Pros: Top notch landscaping/scenery, very convenient location in a good area, staff are friendly and easy to work with and the application process is easy. Cons: Overpriced, the gate is always open, the gym is lacking, the washers/dryers are a bit suspect, the breezeway in building 9 always floods when it rains, and sometimes work orders take forever to get completed.
TO BAD WE CAN'T LEAVE A BIG 0 FOR THIS CRAP HOLE. FIRST OFF THE STAFF DOES NOT GIVE A CRAP ABOUT THE TENANTS OR THE GROUDS, IT LOOKS LIKE THE HOMELESS LIVE THERE. THE STAFF NEVER ANSWERS THE PHONES NOR ARE THEY POLITE. THEY CLOSE OUT WORK ORDERS WITHOUT EVEN STARTING OR COMPLETING THEM AND THEY DON'T LET THE TENANTS KNOW WHY. TO SAY THAT THIS PLACE NEEDS NEW MANAGEMENT AND SOME QUALIFIED WORK STAFF THAT CAN ACTUALLY FIX PROBLEMS IS A MUST. RUN, RUN, RUN, DON'T RENT HERE IS A SHIT HOLE.
Run away I don't know how they have a 4 here it should be zero. This is the most horrible place to live . The worst experience that I ever had in my entire life. The apartments are full of roaches. If you get anything done it will be a miracle don't even bother reporting anything to maintenance trust me it will never happen and if they fix something it will be half done. I have been reporting maintenance issues for months. They replace the kitchen and bathroom counters and they didn't bother to come back to fix anything.The roaches is a huge issue here. The stove is a fire hazard I have to call court enforcement and nothing has been done. I am a good tenant never miss my rent don't give them any trouble but some staff they are simply rude and unprofessional. The worst place to live. The overpriced apartments full of rouches, first floor floats with water, full of mode. Electric hazard due to old appliances. Do not repair anything. Run away from this place.
I am very dissapointed with The Park of Portofino. While we paid and were up to date with them mighty and dandy! My husband and I lived Portofino from 2017 to 2019. If we needed anything it was some sort of hassle to get it until we met a guy one of the handyman whom treated us as equals because he was latin as us. As soon as we met him it was easier to get handywork done in our apartment. My husband was diagnosed with an aggressive Colon Cancer, Pulmonary Cancer, and Prostate Cancer while at the apartments.
