TO BAD WE CAN'T LEAVE A BIG 0 FOR THIS CRAP HOLE. FIRST OFF THE STAFF DOES NOT GIVE A CRAP ABOUT THE TENANTS OR THE GROUDS, IT LOOKS LIKE THE HOMELESS LIVE THERE. THE STAFF NEVER ANSWERS THE PHONES NOR ARE THEY POLITE. THEY CLOSE OUT WORK ORDERS WITHOUT EVEN STARTING OR COMPLETING THEM AND THEY DON'T LET THE TENANTS KNOW WHY. TO SAY THAT THIS PLACE NEEDS NEW MANAGEMENT AND SOME QUALIFIED WORK STAFF THAT CAN ACTUALLY FIX PROBLEMS IS A MUST. RUN, RUN, RUN, DON'T RENT HERE IS A SHIT HOLE.
I have been reporting maintenance issues for months. They replace the kitchen and bathroom counters and they didn't bother to come back to fix anything.The roaches is a huge issue here. The stove is a fire hazard I have to call court enforcement and nothing has been done. I am a good tenant never miss my rent don't give them any trouble but some staff they are simply rude and unprofessional. This place is out of order. Maintenance is not worth talking about and they need to get things under control. Code enforcement has been out there a number of times.
On May 20th of this year, we began the registration process through the Park at Portofino website to apply to rent a 2 bedroom/1 bathroom. We had gone to the office a few days before to check on availability and dates, and they confirmed it for this apartment. On May 14th, we made the payment directly at the Park at Portofino office for the application for the 3-person studio, for a value of $300 dollars, and we clearly stated that we required the apartment by July 15th, 2022. The worst experience I have had, they make misleading advertising, the apartment in the worst condition that they can give to a client, the manager of the worst in customer service (liar and unfulfilled) stole 300 dollars that they said they were going to return me for non-compliance and to date they tell me that they are not going to do it anymore. Don't take some time in this place, avoid headaches.
