Beautiful apartment, great location. Quiet, peaceful, well managed and I’m happy here.
I’ve been here 4 years and let’s just say run this place is a joke I had to resign my lease four times or face a $200 dollar a month rent increase I’m still waiting for a work order I put in twice they charge management so many times they don’t even know what the last ones Told you
I am a recent tenant. Lived here for a year and just moved out in May as soon as my lease was up. So I’ve been waiting to update my 5 - star review. Their old management team were very unprofessional. They stole rent money orders from tenants who are now suing them and dealing with court. There are police records of the old property manager doing this in another state and had a warrant out for embezzlement. I believe they have a whole new management team now and everyone was fired.
