Do not move here have water coming out the floor everytime i step on it for over a month before they came and tried to fix it and it still has water coming out the floor didn't Put a dehumidifier or a fan down after done just left it. been without hot water for four days showering at la fitness currently just to have some warm water . Updated Review 10/14/25 I moved out back in May with a zero balance. Property Manager Eduardo Cruz used my flex bond deposit to pay for new paint and carpet. No proof of damages or a statement bill was sent to me. I was only notified when Flex’s collection department reached out 3 months later trying to collect the $1,150 they used. It has affected my credit, the collection agency is harassing my work place and threatening potential garnish on my wages. Do not move here you will regret it This property is not being kept up well at all. The quality of the tenants they are renting to are destroying the property and are absolutely imconsiderate of those livining around them by noise throughout the night into early morning hours. Arguing loud enough to wake me and I can here every word being said. In addition, to the loud misuc being played 8-12 hrs from the time I fall asleep and wake up. My mind is boggled at 5:30 am. No peace whatsoever
