I’ve been here since April. The outside decor is definitely in need of better upkeep. Cons: 1. Very poor lighting; the flood light on the side of my building has been out since I’ve been here, which is a safety issue for me. 2. The gutters, and landscaping need much attention. 3. My building, and I’m sure others need to be pressure washed, because they are filthy. 4. The parking lot needs to be repaved. 5. Moved in October of 2023. - Was not permitted to view our unit before moving in. - Reeked of cigarettes and still does sometimes 2 years later. - Blinds have fallen multiple times when barely touching them because they are anchored into the wall poorly. - Sliding shades in bedroom were missing 5 panels on move in date, took weeks to finally replace them and when they were replaced they were placed on backwards so we cannot even access the patio easily. - Cannot have patio furniture because when the lawn is mowed the dirt and... read more

UPDATE!!!! DO NOT EVEN DO IT! The cheap prices should tell you what you need to know! You get what you pay for! These apts are old and are not kept up! My air unit kept leaking onto my carpet through the wall and floor causing a puddle in my hallway. Maintenance came out at least two times a week to dry water up out the carpet. Mold developed overtime which is a health hazard! Tom the move out, they charged me $70 for ONE blind piece being missing! Trash is never handled properly.
