It's quiet and comfortable. It feels safe and I love the layout of the apartment.
I'm a current resident of almost 6 months. If you don't mind old, not updated anything, windows that are old and inefficient (heat at 66 costing 2x more than I paid at my last apt. this time of year and I kept that heat at 68-70) and before I moved in I was told they would be replacing them (not), it's an ok place to live. Very convenient to so much. One of the largest two bedroom, two bath with sunroom in the area. However, I feel overpriced for the condition and amenities (don't work as much as do). IF YOU ARE LOOKING TO BE HARRASSED YOU BE MY GUEST AND MOVE AT PARK AT OAK RIDGE ….. leasing office full of it and maintenance need to mind they damn business… and the maintenance people highly unprofessional as well as management … I was racially insulted the whole time I lived there
