DO NOT BUY at Brock Built home. Just don’t. Incredibly poor construction and when there are issues, they’ll do everything they can to shirk responsibility. The foundation was improperly laid and we’ve had flooding in our unit multiple times as a result. The warranty that they include is worthless and they’ll just pass you back and forth with no help or solutions. Save yourself the hassle and buy a home from a construction company that actually cares about doing things the right way.
