Be careful with these people. The treatment is terrible. You rent an old apartment and when you leave, they want to charge you as if it were new. I don't recommend it. Be careful. The air conditioning floods with water to the point of damaging things, and they want to charge me for the damage this caused. Luckily, I have videos and photos of the things. I have lived In many apartments. Np apartment is perfect, but this management and team makes it perfect. Angie and Bri made the application process so smooth. The community is very peaceful and I credit this to the entire staff, but definitely management because all I have see is great customer service and ownership in how they handle their job! Our A.C. unit went out the Wednesday prior to Thanksgiving. Avalon had to order the part, 10-14 business days they said. It's now been over 14 Business days, and Angie and Brianna can care less. I feel like we're being punished by them. Also spoke to Avalon, they're claiming the order wasnt put in until 12/1/25 for new part thats under warranty apparently. I have a video and a lot of pictures of our place. This is wrong and have contacted Blu Rock, hopefully they will step up.
Terrible place to live haven’t had heat or ac for 3 months. I tell them since they not going to fix it I’m moving out. They charged me over 1700 dollars to break my contract also my apartment got flooded over 3 times and they did nothing to help or fix the problem . A quick update. I moved out. Paid my rent. They took my deposit and they said I owe them 1500 because it smelled like mold in the apartment. I am going to be taking them to court and blast them all over every social media platform.
