Gives false hope to potential renters. Submitted everything they asked for and we still got denied. Would not recommend this place (even if you have bad credit) that apparently DOES matter because that's the main reason why we were denied.
Bad place to rent from, maintenance staff barely fixed anything and their apartments are not worth what they want for rent. They want you to pay for rent when things are not even fixed around the apartment. I wouldn't recommend you paying your money for a place thats not even worth it. Just being honest.
