My experience with this property was very disappointing. There was poor communication and a lack of transparency throughout the leasing process. I provided more than enough income documentation to meet their stated requirements, yet I was later emailed by a third party saying my application was denied for “income.” I was led to believe I was approved, only to suddenly be told otherwise — with no explanation from management. Este chico sí que se fajó y nos impresionó porque no solo atendió rapidito el problema que teniamos sino que gestionó para que me trajeran una nevera nueva. Un servicio así de bueno no se ve todos los días. ¡Kevin es la persona que necesitamos en este lugar! Gracias
The five stars is not for the Apartment itself, because we've been through nothing less than Hell since moving in here. The 5 stars is for the new maintenance man, Kevin. He seems to be the only person employed at this company who will do whatever it takes to get the job done the correct way the first time. We've had a gammy air con since moving in and it finally went out completely on September 28th. When everyone else just wanted to do crappy cheap fixes that last a week or two, he came in and did it right without cutting ... read more
Terrible place. Overcharging us and maintenance takes forever, if at all. They never have a set worker there, besides the apartment manager who is unhelpful at best. If you’re more that four days late on rent, they add $200 to your rent
