Would give zero stars if I could, our AC has been out all of August, and I was told originally the new part for the AC would be here a few days from when it went out. Well, it's been almost a month. I've lived here ten years and pay a lot more than the new people moving in, not really fair or right all in all.

Living here has been a constant headache because of the neighbor in unit 270. They leave trash piled up outside their door on a regular basis, and it has been going on for months. No matter what time of day I open my window, the first thing I see is garbage sitting in the breezeway. It’s disgusting and unacceptable. The management team claims they monitor the property and issue fines for this kind of behavior, but clearly that’s not the case here.
