We recently moved into this community and we are so happy with our experience so far! The apartments are incredibly spacious, with large closets and plenty of storage space. The pool is wonderful, especially for families with small children because of the beach-style entry. Parking is also very convenient and easily accessible. Un lugar maravilloso para vivir, lo recomiendo al 100, muy limpio y tranquilo el personal de mantenimiento es muy profesional, las chicas de la oficina muy atentas y serviciales en especial Alejandra ya hicimos renovación de contrato ya que estoy muy satisfecha, sin dudas es el lugar perfecto
Worst place I’ve stay in don’t recommend poop always everywhere also they half repair everything and the walls are really thin so u always here people having sex very disturbing
I've had nothing but positive experiences since moving to the Park at Kendall. The leasing staff are amazing and make sure to explain everything very clearly, thank you to Sara and Alejandra for making it a very positive move. Would 100% recommend to anyone looking for an apartment in the area!
