As new residents who have not rented in many years, we were not sure what to expect, but so far it has been a really pleasant experience. I had an amazing experience at The Park at Kendall! The community is clean, well-maintained, and has a great atmosphere that really makes you feel at home. The amenities are excellent, and everything is always kept in top condition. A special shoutout to Alejandra and the entire team—they are incredibly helpful and go above and beyond with outstanding customer service. Es un buen lugar para vivir muy tranquilo y limpio y la chica de la oficina Alejandra excelente su servicio Solo no tienen parqueos asignados para los carro y si llegas tarde del trabajo se te hace un poco difícil poder encontrar parqueo disponible
Es un condominio difícil para los delivery ya que no tienen identificación los apartamentos sólo identifican los edificios. Sugerencia identifiquen los apartamentos en cada lado de las escaleras eso facilita las entregas muchas gracias
