Office staff steals your money orders then sues you for not paying rent. Plus late fees, atty fees court costs. I had my money orders traced and am in the process of suing them back now that I have proof of their money laundering. They have done this to countless number of innocent people. Rat feces under all kitchen appliances. Toxic mold, non stop leaks...you will get a nice rain shower right in your own kitchen, coming from the toxic lead based ceiling. Then it melts the rat feces under the dishwasher and fridge.
If you have good sense don't move here! I have lived at The Park at Hillside for 5 months (July 2010 - December 2010). Here's the thing, If you want to lived in a complex filled with rude loud mouth kids who are by the way are very nosy (We had a audience watching us move into our apartment). If you want to be surrounded by trash on the lawn and in the parking lot. If you don't mind gun fire in broad day light and metro police constantly being called then The Park At Hillside is the place for you!
