Do not move here, it has been a horrible revolving door of management teams, and they all lack respect and communication. We also have not had a porch since March of 2017, they are on a second group of hired clowns for the rebuild, and apparently they do construction on Sundays. Throw away your hard earned money elsewhere.
The management has changed three times in one year and very NON attentive to there residents! 1300.00 a month for a 2 bedroom apt that has major flooding issues, tile cracked in master bathroom, patio always flooded after rain and mud all over. Haven't been able to use my patio at all. Music so loud at the pool my windows shake and offensive music. My vehicle vandalized by another resident. Horrible place to live!!!!!!!! Stay away. Although the apartments are quite roomy and the view of the lake can't be beat, the management company has no interest in the tenants expect for when they're trying to rent. If you like 3 a.m. rowdy hot tub parties, dog poop, and garbage strewn around the dumpsters, then this place is for you.
