Gabby was such a good help through the whole process. Was able to find an affordable 1 bedroom apartment. Staff was nice and prompt when we needed something.
Excellent! Our rental process was faster than we expected, the attention and friendliness provided by Michael exceeded our expectations, we are really happy and very grateful for his service and special attention! The apartments are wonderful, comfortable and very cozy!
Moved to the Park at Franklin less than a week ago. Upon move in, Gabby was great and helped with the application process and was there to answer my questions and concerns. I also found it helpful that I had access to a resident assistant via text message and whom was available after hours for further assistance. I’ve encountered some unfortunate situations during my move in (ie: unsanitary bathroom upon move in, non working locks, doors left open and unattended at night during maintenance work, non working light, possible f... read more
