We just signed our lease at the Park at Franklin and so far we are very pleased with our experience! Noreen is very quick to respond to our emails and always answers questions thoroughly. We can’t wait to move in!
I have lived here for 8 years. I love the park like setting. The newly renovated apartments are spacious, lovely and modern. I enjoy the pool in the summer. The office staff is helpful and friendly. Problems and repairs are handled promptly and I receive an email that the work has been done. The on site maintenance employees are respectful and friendly and leave a note letting you know that they have been in your apartment. There is also emergency maintenance available. Pet friendly. Great location. I am happy here!
Move in about 8 years ago under segal&segal NEVER HAD A RODENTS PROBLEM..New company about a year and now I have mouse living with me for the past two months..
It's home! Beautiful country setting, pleasant atmosphere. Courteous staff and excellent maintenance. Can be in NYC, Philadelphia, and the beach within 45 minutes. Shopping nearby. Great place to live & raise a family! Pet friendly, too. �
