Nola was great! She made the moving in process so quick and simple and never got stressed over my silly questions
Unresponsive maintenance. Have had a problem with the smell of cigarettes in my apartment since the day I moved in and I do not smoke. Even though it says they have a no smoking policy. Very disappointing how it’s been months with this problem.
Will let you schedule tours and then never show up.
I'm highly disappointed that I can't reach the ,24/7 maintenance as listed. I could not leave a message either at any of the numbers listed. Nola you're good 👍
Nola Peaco has been amazing and extremely responsive since we moved here for the VCU fall semester. She maintained me updated as to the status of my lease application and any documentation that would be needed well before moving date……Let me tell you, this community is but a 5 minute drive to downtown Richmond or VCU. Park at Forest Hill has the feel of a suburban community without the long drive to everything RVA has to offer.
