Just moved in and it's a nice apartment! Nola worked with me and helped me to get everything situated.
What sets this complex apart from the rest is how personable and hands on Nola Peaco is. She’s so good at her job. There was an issue with my initial move in and she handled it same day and went the extra mile to make sure I was compensated and comfortable. Great experience and she deserves a raise.
Just a disclaimer that the rent amounts listed on the website are incorrect. I paid a $50 fee to apply for an apartment that was listed as $935 on the website. Once I applied, the complex manager told me the apartment was actually $1095. She claimed that she isn’t able to see what’s on the website. So just a warning, I would call to make sure that the price is correct before wasting your money applying.
Nola at Park at Forest Hill has truly been amazing and so helpful. I know I can rely on her to be responsive and to be there when needed. This is my first apartment ever and she has made the process so smooth for me. Love my new apartment and highly recommend this complex!
