No because during a time when we should really care for each other and help each other ... ie COVID19 ... you all are calling people ... talking about eviction notices ... even when you all tenants explain that they have been laid off due to COVID19.... that’s really heartless... I’m a nurse and I’m on the frontline in Memphis and if nurses and doctors and other essential workers took the attitude of your apartment company attitude this country would be in great trouble!! Smh ... shame on y’all.

DO NOT MOVE HERE!! This place is disgusting. I lived here for a year and it was absolutely miserable. I counted down everyday until my lease was up. Everyone in the office seem nice until you move in. The assistant manager is so unprofessional and could care less about you. They all could care less. They charge obsessive amount of fees on rent. The water bill is absolutely ridiculous. They charged me for not having insurance when I had it the whole time and would not refund me the money. They blew me off until I moved out th... read more
