RecommendedClean, safe and quiet. maintenance is fabulous. I've been here 8 years, no issues. parks, trails, tennis court, riverwalk all in walking distance. schools, churches, near everything. great location. very pet-friendly. long-term leases available.
I’ve been here a year and have been Happy since day 1. Staff is nice, maintenance is quick response. There is grass and shrubs very nice. My complaint is not the complex but the residents that disregard managements rules. garbage day is MONDAY and FRIDAY before 8. People are putting it out on Saturday ! Now it’s in front of my door not theirs‼️ it blows around and looks ugly....so that was picked up this morning and tonight when I get home someone had put garbage bag on curb❗️THIS IS MONDAY NIGHT. Great staff with an amazing maintenance team! Love the area, grounds are beautifully landscaped! I love out loft apartment❤. We feel at home!
