WOW. Believe every bad review you’ve read — this place is a total nightmare, and I didn’t even make it to move-in. I paid the $250 application fee and was shown a filthy, beat-up apartment: bugs crawling, squishy, stained floors, reeking of god-knows-what, and stray cats everywhere. Dog poop smeared all over the walkways, zero maintenance, and good luck getting anyone to answer the phone. Oh — and the pool? It's swamp green. Absolutely disgusting.
