UPDATE TO MY UPDATE: The vendor did show up today and fixed my a/c finally did something other than suck the drain. I am still very disappointed in this whole ordeal- I shouldn’t have to resort to extreme boisterous behavior or passionate language to get some essential maintenance . I’d rather stay true to me- and be kind and just get things done. My position remains, do the right thing. Strive to provide better service and support for your tenants. Chase and Kandis both seem to know what they’re doing, very knowledgeable and inviting during the visit.
Management is great. Office staff are very kind & helpful. The property itself is also well kept !
I have to say, dealing with Kandis has been wonderful! She is knowledgeable, helpful and has been such a pleasure to work with!
