Great place to live
DO NOT MOVE HERE.... Price is crazy, I’ve been here for about a year and a half and hadn’t had much trouble because for most of that time i was working out of state and would only come home once or twice a month. Now I’m living here all the time and it’s the worst the gate has been broken for over a year. Paint inside and outside the apartments is horrible and the only thing maintenance knows how to do is drive around in their golf carts “cleaning the parking lot” office just lies to try and calm you down. Hello...i move in really soon...i am trying to contact you guys by phone but the number doesnt work...
Staff is helpful and caring. Maintenance is super friendly. Rent is cheap compared to other places in lakeland. The long driveway makes the complex seem a little more secluded and not like its right off of 98, which is really nice.
