I had the pleasure of having Seth install my new blinds, very sweet and professional guy. I love when he answers my maintenance calls. He's quick and good and knowledgeable and doesn't leave until everything is done and the tenant is happy, which I always am with him and his work. Thank you Seth!
Been here a little over two months now. Had some hiccups in leasing process but it was promptly fixed. Maintenance guy and office people are nice and respond to issues quickly. 3 bedroom units are decently sized and I love having my own bathroom. Can’t wait until the pool is open again though! Editing to add that the pool/spa closures are frustrating. Nobody picks up phone calls you have to talk to AI. Total joke!! If you can't pick up the call you don't get the business
They emailed me asking for a review even though I haven't lived there for years, it sucked the whole time. The building was so moldy I couldn't breathe, they fixed very poorly. A leak that had happened from the upstairs prioritize moving in. There was a giant hole under the sink that led to in between the drywall, the neighbors kept spilling things and it would leak down into apartment habitually, they did not compensate us as any rent on this even when they made it.
