I have lived here for the past 6 years. Arlene does a wonderful job managing the community. Her assistants have changed a couple of times over the years, but Arlene has a knack for picking good employees. I have never had an unpleasant experience in the office. Joe and his maintenance crew are top notch. Any maintenance requests I submit are addressed quickly, almost always within a day or two. I had to upgrade to a bigger apartment. I just want to say, you can really tell how much the maintenance guys love their jobs. I was walking the grounds with my friend at her new place and we ran into one of the maintenance men Joe cleaning the pool. He was in such high spirits and greeting everyone that passed him by. He made us feel welcome, she is so excited to start her new journey here.
I just want to say that living here has been a blessing. With maintenance crew always being there when I need them. To the office staff being happy to help me with any questions I may have. This is truly an amazing property. Joe, Charles and maui are always willing to lend a helping hand and makes sure my needs as a resident are fulfilled
