Thank you Carlos! Great customer service
Absolute sorry excuse of an apartment complex, Carlos is wonderful however the manager Tracy has no idea what she is doing. They are refusing service animals and even charging pet deposits and fees for them which is highly illegal. I have reported the business.
I stay here now and has the worst apartments management team. No one is ever in office to help nor to answer phones. They lie for each other. There is NO 24 hr maintenance at all. If you a big maintenance ISSUE it will take up to a week to fix. Carlos sucks and the new apartments management that love say she took over in January has made no changes they charge to much in rent for this and the love to send late fees but is never accountable on there end.
