This is a slumlord type of apartment complex where they could do whatever they feel and you have to pay for it. Prime They can invest me to get renters insurance because it’s needed for your apartment. I paid monthly for renter Insurance while they still. Charged me our tax fee on my actual rent stating that my rentals assurance isn’t properly filled out, but it’s still their company
I am a current resident. This is the worst place I’ve ever lived in in my whole Tenure renting an apartment I’ve been renting an apartment since I was 18 years old and I’ve never been disrespected profiled treated as less than than this apartment complex communicated by a lot of the employees a lot of racism exist with brown on brown people And no solutions are ever giving, and they refuse to give you any type of corporate or higher up number
Crooked establishment will text you for everything. Don’t let the cheap rent for you. They’ll say that it’s cheap rent, but this is worse than a motel six I wouldn’t convince any person to move into this establishment ever.
If I could give this place zero stars, I would. DO NOT RENT HERE. This company has no idea what it’s doing. I was a tenant here and recently moved out—thank God. I was not evicted; I paid my rent in full and moved out when my lease ended. I waited to post this review because management has a history of retaliating against residents. There has been a constant revolving door of managers and staff—I lost count. The property is infested with termites, roaches, and rats. People are leaving in large numbers.
