I stay here now and has the worst apartments management team. No one is ever in office to help nor to answer phones. They lie for each other. There is NO 24 hr maintenance at all. If you a big maintenance ISSUE it will take up to a week to fix. Carlos sucks and the new apartments management that love say she took over in January has made no changes they charge to much in rent for this and the love to send late fees but is never accountable on there end.
The new management in the last few months has been outstanding. The renovations made show that the owners and property managers (especially the current one) really care about the community and residents. The issues from before are non existent today. Great place to live. Thank you Tracy, grateful for you and your hard work to turn this place around.
