Think twice before moving. When you report a breakage or more than one, they only fix the easiest ones and do nothing else, you have to put order after order so that they solve it. Forget about your initial deposit, when you move or leave they never return it. Really in my opinion a hell.

The easiest and fastest move in process I have ever experienced thanks to the outstanding work from Jennifer Mendoza, she went above and beyond to ensure a swift and secure move into my new beautiful apartment. She truly has been amazing and no doubt anybody work with her will have the same experience.
The management here sucks. The women in the office are clueless and don’t do their job right. They do everything so wrong and even try to over charge you by making up fees. Every month there is a different manager so nobody knows anything. Save yourself a headache and do not move here.
