Seeing all the negative reviews of this property is somewhat relieving to know that we weren’t the only ones with problems here. Terrible communication from any kind of employee of the property, outdated appliances, roach and termite infestation were at an extreme high, lots of DIY fix ups. The infrastructure of the buildings were falling apart as well, as you can see that I almost fell through the patio one night. And you can also see their way of a solution. Kiona was great, very resourceful, and any questions we had were answered efficiently and thorough! the property is great and clean!
My daughter and I have a new place to call home thanks to Kiona Black, the assistant manager at Creekbridge Crossing. She was amazing to work with, patient and kind and I can’t tell you how much we appreciated that.
