⭐ **Very Disappointing Experience** I reported ongoing maintenance issues back in May, and months later, they still have not been properly fixed or addressed. I have followed up multiple times with the leasing office but have seen very little follow-through.It is frustrating to continuously report the same issues and not have them resolved.Overall, a very disappointing experience with maintenance and management.
When I first toured this apartment complex in 2025, I was honestly sold. The leasing experience was great, and I met an amazing young lady who made me feel welcomed and confident about choosing this community. Unfortunately, that experience did not last. After the property was sold, many of the original leasing office staff members left. Since then, I have personally dealt with 10 different people within this company. Editing my rating... is there any plan to stop crime or bad tenants coming? Between Four Season shooters here, to my upstairs neighbors who have had cops called on them atleast 3 times in 4 months? A new resident also likes to sit in hallways and smoke cigarettes/weed at ALL HOURS and are incredibly loud. Building 101! What is the "building security fee" we have going towards?
Me and my husband toured so many apartment complexes and we came to this one last and Amy did an AMAZING job explaining anything we had questions about and just a great job at sales. She knew exactly what she was talking about and she seals the deal with her customer service skills!
