hard to contact the leasing office or get a follow up. A/C and Heat broke three times since living here, and took a month to get fixed the first two times. valet trash inconsistent and dumpsters are full most of the time. police presence due to noise and disturbances. no snow clearing, no leaf clearing, faulty wiring in walls. I will not be renewing my lease. Update Its a month later. Still having the same problems and now my bathroom paint is peeling off. This place was decent at first, nice clean neighborhood where the model apartment was. When we moved in we immediately had problems with people stealing packages and knocking our camera off our door. When our ceiling opened up and flooded our apartment "management" caught an attitude after maintenance didn't respond to our emergency phone calls. We ultimately ended with mold in our apartment, at which point they provided the industrial fans. This place is not a good place to call home. Their business practices are shady and ... read more
I've been staying here for over 2 years now, and just renewed my lease for a 3rd year. I've seen several management companies come and go over that time, and it seems like the current management staff is here to stay. This past year they began major renovations in the apt units by adding new appliances, upgrading the entire unit overall, and renovating around the property. Horrible staff at the office. I have had the same issue for 8 months now and the office has been no help. This isn’t even including all the other issues we’ve dealt with here. They keep telling me to call the police, I’m not calling the police when my lease states that this is something they will handle. They keep telling me that “upper management” won’t do anything until there are police reports. UPDATE: Its now over a week later. Monique reached out gave false promises had someone come put a temporary window unit in to drop the air to 85 DEGREES a whole 5 degrees. She has since promised someone to come out and fix the air only to have them come tear up the wall leave it and have not returned and or is the air working still. They do not care about their tenants but are quick to send emails when rent is late.
