hard to contact the leasing office or get a follow up. A/C and Heat broke three times since living here, and took a month to get fixed the first two times. valet trash inconsistent and dumpsters are full most of the time. police presence due to noise and disturbances. no snow clearing, no leaf clearing, faulty wiring in walls. I will not be renewing my lease.
Management has continued to be terrible. Trash is left on sidewalks and stairwells. The dumpster is constantly so full the trash is left piling up outside of it. Dog poop is still being left not picked up by residents. Handicap parking is unavailable for disabled residents. The lines for the parking spaces are not even visible anymore because management doesn't seem to want to put in money to get them re painted. Trying to voice concerns to the management has not done anything they just have excuses for everything.
I just want to take a moment to highlight Jasmine, since her arrival, you can see the difference in things getting taking care of. I don't expect everything to be done over night but her attentiveness is what this place needed and gives me confidence that we are headed in thr right direction. Thank You Jasmine 😊
I’m new to the area and I have nothing but good reviews. I needed an affordable safe place for my family and this is definitely the place. A young lady named Jasmine helped me and my wife through every step of the way and we love it.
