Canal park apartments look nice and appealing on the outside but then when you walk into the complex countless spider webs attack your face. I have seen hobo spiders in their laundry room many times. When signing the lease the manager said they spray for bugs, I have never seen this happen and the complex is like a breeding ground for mosquitoes and spiders. The walls have an extra two inches between your neighbors which is great for noise control, but this also affects your cell phone reception downstairs. You can't answer ... read more
