pros: cheap rent. Cons: 1. cheap rent attracts "unwanted" people. my neighbors openly deal drugs. 2. management doesn't care. they show you a really nice model, and won't show you the apartment they're ABOUT to lease you or fork over keys until you have electricity turned on and you've signed the lease. my apartment was dusty and unkempt, and my appliances belong in the 1980's. 3. guard at the gate is useless. 4. gate system for visitors doesn't work, hope you don't expect friends over after 7 pm.
