This is a nice apartment complex, but some people refuse to pick up after their dogs! It’s frustrating because there are poop stations with bags all over the place. On top of that, people park wherever they feel like it, even if their car is sticking out in the middle of the street. It’s like they just don’t care if someone hits their car!
First, I would like to say First Impressions are Key, and may I say the first impression I had at The Park Apartments was a 10 out of 10! I initially called on Friday and someone by the name of Randi answered. She was informative, sweet, and wasted no time in having me come do a tour! My boyfriend and I came in to do a tour with Ms.Randi and her spirit remained the same. She greeted me with a hug only moms provide, and was so pleasant on our first interaction. Best apartment complex in Prattville.
Great apartment with a friendly and helpful staff & neighbors. Living here for almost 3 years and I’ve only ever have had good things to say. Favorite perks would have to be the walking path & maintenance who comes asap no matter day or night!
Great group of people. The job they do well done!!!!
