Truly unacceptable experience @TheParkRest #NYC tonight. There was BROKEN GLASS on banquette seat when I sat down. When I showed the waitress the glass she said it happens frequently (!) and said she would bring the manager over. 15 minutes later he saunters over -- no hurry. He asks "what do you want?" I ask "didn't the waitress tell you?" He says "yeah...glass. Should I call EMS?" EMS??? Ridiculous. An apology and 10% off bill was all that was needed. But he was awful.
