Had an appointment today at 3pm. Got a call saying I missed my appointment this morning when I had everything written down. Lady on the phone arguing with me, then says she don't want to talk to me because "I'm upset" you would be too lady!!! Claims I confirmed the appointment time but I NEVER received a text message. Ive been to over 15 physical therapy locations. This has some of the best physical therapist ive worked with. The mentality isnt to give you cookie cutter exercises but to listen to you and your pains, create a personalized plan. Great stuff happens here
