Team Pargh again knocked it out of the park (or out of the Pargh!?). They convinced us to spend some money preparing the property with painting, landscaping and staging. The house looked so much better and I am convinced led to more interest and a better price.
In a tough market, the team was very persistent and looked at creative ways to get our house sold.
