If you are told to attend parenting classes from a judge due to disagreement on a co-parenting schedule, I would be sure you know exactly which class is required. (From the judge, not the Parent’s Place) I would suggest not signing anything without giving the paperwork to your representative first. I think some staff have difficulty staying impartial and listening to more traditional/conservative ideas. With these concerns, along with the lack of professionalism from several people, is the reason for my 1star rating.
My experience with The Parents Place was life changing. It was one of the most important investments I have made for my children and our family. The Parents Place is led by exceptional professionals, I am forever grateful.
The Parent’s Place has partnered with us as parents and helped equip us with practical and easy to apply tips and approaches to parenting. We took the 6 week Love and Logic class and have done individualized counseling. Both, were extremely helpful to us as first time parents.
