Last time I visited this hotel with my 80-year-old grandma, we were given a terrible room. During the day, it was just an ordinary hotel room, but at night, it turned into a NIGHTMARE . We could hear the constant noise from the communal air conditioning unit and the hallway. Even after taking melatonin my grandma still couldn’t sleep due the noise. The next morning, I complained to the front desk IN PERSON, but they didn’t even bother to respond to us.
Room is clean, great location.
At a small problem with the door to our bathroom, and the customer service was amazing.They took care of us and upgraded us to a better room.Just to make sure that we were happy.Anyone would be good to come here
Parking is terrible. Must pay $30 at local mall. Rooftop was nice. Great food portions. Amenities a bit misleading. Not bad, not great.
